This is the sad, but true, store of how my sister learned the truth about the Tooth Fairy, Santa Claus, and the Easter Bunny. She had recently lost a tooth and my brother (older than her) said she would get no money as he had killed the Tooth Fairy with a fly swatter. Like most little girls this caused a huge crying tantrum.
Gigi was taking a bath, enjoying some peace and quiet when her daughter throws open the doors in full tears. So annoyed that her private time was interrupted my mom blurted out, "There is no such thing as the Tooth Fairy! And mommy and daddy are the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus too!"
