It's been a little slow since Gigi returned from Florida and there have not been a lot of stories. She must be flying through her Costo-style bulk Ambien. But I thought I'd at least share a few stories.
- We learned that after she fell in Florida she broke a couple vertebrae in her back. Now that is serious... But the complete joy and excitement in her voice as she listed off the medications she now has access to makes me wonder if it really was an accident.
- On a trip to a seafood restaurant she watched a teenage girl eat lobster, giggled, pointed and kept saying she looked like my nephew. She literally watched the girl eat half her meal before she got up to talk to the girls parents. Then I escorted her out against her will.
- She has decided to start walking with two walking sticks that resemble ski poles. Perfect for the summer in Chicago!
